When your site Administrator creates an account for you, you will receive an Activation email. This email contains a unique link to an activation page.

To activate you Account click on the link, enter the email address used in OpsKwan (it will be the email address that received the Activation email) and create a new password. Then click the login button.

If the email address matches the email address in OpsKwan, and the 2 passwords you entered match each other, your account will be activated.

You only have 3 days to activate your account once you receive the email. If you don't activate it in that time you will have to request a new activation email from your companies OpsKwan Administrator.

If you receive more than one Activation email, only the most recent email will work. The unique links in the older emails will have been replaced when the latest email was generated.
